Fill in your Company Details

How to quickly enter all important company information in project b.

After logging in, you can immediately enter all relevant company information. This only takes a few minutes and ensures that we can set up your payroll correctly.

How to proceed

  1. Navigate to “Settings”
    Navigate to the Settings menu in the left-hand main navigation.

  2. Open company details
    Select the button “Open company details” to start the form.

  3. Fill out the form
    The form is divided into several sections:

    • General information (e.g., company name, address, point of contact)

    • Tax data (e.g., tax number, commercial register number)

    • Social security data (e.g., employers’ liability insurance association, company number)

    • Other data (e.g., IBAN for payroll payments, chart of accounts)

Enter the information as it is available to you. After submitting, you can reopen the form at any time to update the data.


4. Submit data
Once you’re finished, click “Submit.” Your information will be sent to us immediately.

Please note that all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. These must be completed in order to submit the form.


Edit Company Data Later

You can modify the company settings at any time.

  1. Open the "Settings" section.

  2. Click "Open Company Details".

  3. Make the desired changes.

  4. Click "Submit" to save the updates.
