As an HR admin, you receive many email notifications. In this article, you will learn where to find your notification settings and how to enable or disable email notifications for your profile.
Enable or disable email notifications
Open profile settings
In the main navigation on the left, open “Settings.” Then switch to the “Profile” tab at the top. By default, you will see the “General” section with your personal details (e.g. name, email address, language).
Go to the “Email notifications” section
Within the profile area, you will find two sub-tabs: “General” and “Email notifications.” Click “Email notifications” to view the list of all available notification types.
Under each entry, you will see:
a short description explaining when the email is sent
a toggle that allows you to enable or disable the notification for your profile
If a notification is disabled, you will no longer receive emails for that notification type, regardless of which company you are logged in to as an HR admin.
